A field walk of the thermal systems: valves, flanges, steam traps, piping, heat exchangers and process heat. We record surface conditions, operating temperatures and running hours, with thermal images where they add something, so later numbers rest on observed conditions rather than assumptions.

Each loss point is turned into an annual energy cost using your operating hours and energy rates, then set against what it would cost to fix. That is what separates the items worth acting on from the ones that are real but not worth the disruption.

Ontario and Québec programs have their own measure lists, timing rules and documentation requirements, and several must be applied for before work starts. We screen the opportunity against current pathways early, because discovering a program after the fact usually means forfeiting it.
